Ang North-South Commuter Railway Project na isang 148 KM urban rail transit system na may layong pagkone-konektahin ang tatlong rehiyon dito sa Luzon.. Kapag natapos ang proyektong ito, possible na ang tuloy-tuloy na byahe mula sa Clark, Pampanga hanggang sa Calamba, Laguna. Dahil sa laki ng sakop proyektong ito, hinati ito sa tatlong phases:
Phase 1: Malolos to Tutuban
Phase 2: Malolos to Clark
Phase 3: Manila to Calamba which is also starting to be done now.
